HIM SINGAPORE PARTICIPATION...ON RISK!

Friends,

Very bad news...it looks like my knee injury is ITB (Ilitiobial Band Syndrome) and tomorrow after my first physiotherapist visit I will have more info about my chances to be ready by March 21st for my second challenge HIM Singapore 2010.

To know more about this injury, I attach a good article:
http://www.time-to-run.com/injuries/thebig5/itb.htm

I am very frustated...but will keep my fingers crossed until tomorrow, and will update you about any new!
Talk to you next post!

"XTB" Xavi.

  1. Espero sea algo pasajero, y con desinflamatorios puedas recuperarte.

  5. Sorry to hear about your injury... I always have to watch out for ITB issues, especially when I get into heavy training. Make sure you have a foam roller at home and get a massage once in a while. On top of what the doctor tells you to do, this should help greatly. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Good luck with the ITB. Hope you get sorted, I had it two years ago and it is not nice.

    Be strong
