Easy and complete training...during last week of my 3rd month training. First 51' bike, 29K @ pace of 1'45''/km...good indoor in my fitness bike training! My wife train also hard, elliptical, running belt and some aerobic exercises...funny to see! After, my bike, 25' swim ,62 laps, 1,240m! I have felt very well during my training...I am starting to believe that I will finally get quite fit after all that training, but, meanwhile I am enjoying it a lot!
