DECEMBER 18TH VIP DATE!

Friends,

First and above all...Elaine's birthday!

Second, I will take some days off in Bali with my family. including, my father who is also joining us (we are extremely happy to receive him for Xmas vacation!)...I am just counting the days to get there and get some relax...and also some running and swim training!

...but, I am ¨little bit¨ scared, because just one day after my mini-vacation arrival, I will run my first 30K ever...I mean, I have even never done a HM...and I am jumping from 10K to 30K...I know is not too good, may be, quite wrong...but I will take it easy 5´15´´ to 5´30´´/km and will really help me for my HIM training...at least that is what I think.

What do you readers/followers think about this decision?

Third, last but not least, Toni Contestí is going to try to beat worlwide record of 24hours running on a treadmill...and at the same time he is doing that to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosi ABDEM Spanish NGO!

From my blog, I really want if you can send as much comments supporting his challenge and wish him BEST GOOD LUCK to achieve both challenges!!

  1. Hi Xavi,

First congratulations to Elaine, I welcome you to join your family for Christmas, is the greatest.

As for the race of 30 km no doubt it will do you fine as long as you do in these rhythms.

Toni will continue its challenge ....

Have fun in Bali, petite envy!

    Regards
    Quique

  2. You will do great in your race if you follow your plan. You know all the details -- eat, hydrate, follow your pace -- and will be great. Trust in your training!
